Because our products are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party production partner, returns for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, color choice, or change of mind) are not accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:
• Your order number
• A photo of the item
• A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will send a free replacement or issue a refund.

Lost Packages
